PTC9 is Now Tropical Storm Helene

The disturbance we’ve been tracking in the Caribbean is getting better organized as expected, and is now officially Tropical Storm Helene. The forecast discussion from earlier this morning still looks good. Here is the 11 am advisory track forecast update from the NHC.
